These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ZVO Platform (zvo.me) ("ZVO", "Platform", "We", or "Us"), governing your access to and use of the ZVO website, services, and any related tools or features. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any part of the services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies published from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

1) Definitions

  • Services: Any services provided by ZVO, including Bio Link pages, landing pages, link management tools, file upload/hosting (if available), analytics, and other related features.
  • Content: Any material uploaded, posted, shared, linked, or displayed by you through the Platform (including text, images, links, files, videos, etc.).
  • Landing Page: Any page created by the User via the Platform for promotional, informational, data collection, or redirection purposes.

2) Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You represent that you have the legal capacity to use the Services in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information when necessary.
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3) License and Acceptable Use

ZVO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not (nor allow others to): reverse engineer the Platform, circumvent technical restrictions, access systems without authorization, disrupt the Services, abuse system resources, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

4) Content, Landing Pages, and File Uploads (Compliance with Saudi Law and Islamic Values)

You are solely legally responsible for all Content you publish, upload, link, or distribute through ZVO. You warrant and agree that your Content and use of the Services:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Do not violate Islamic Sharia principles or public morals and values.
  • Do not include pornographic, obscene, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, racist, or violent content.
  • Do not promote or sell prohibited goods or services within Saudi Arabia or involve unlawful activities.
  • Do not include prohibited political content, extremist materials, or violate third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Do not contain phishing links, fraud schemes, or unlawful data collection practices.
  • Regarding files: you must not upload malware, viruses, pirated materials, or copyrighted content without authorization.

ZVO reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, restrict, suspend, or remove any Content, Landing Page, file, or link at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it believes such Content violates these Terms or exposes the Platform to legal or reputational risk.

5) Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, source code, designs, templates, databases, and system architecture, are owned by or licensed to ZVO. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent. You retain ownership of your Content, but grant ZVO a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

6) Privacy and Data

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. The Services may collect technical and operational data (such as usage logs and IP addresses) for security, compliance, and service optimization purposes.

7) Fees, Subscriptions, and Billing

  • Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are provided within the Platform.
  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable after processing, except where required by law.
  • ZVO reserves the right to modify pricing, plans, or features with reasonable notice.

8) Service Availability

While we strive to ensure reliable service, availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. ZVO may suspend or modify any part of the Services without liability.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ZVO does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated Content or external links. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from use of the Services. In all cases, if liability is legally established, the total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to ZVO within the previous 90 days preceding the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZVO from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your Content or Landing Pages, (b) violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (c) infringement of any third-party rights.

12) Suspension and Termination

  • ZVO may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, in case of violation of these Terms or misuse.
  • You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
  • Termination may result in loss of access to Content, links, or files, and ZVO shall not be liable for such loss within legal limits.

13) Amendments

ZVO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Kingdom.
